Renting should be easy! Look over our simple fee breakdown to know what to expect as one of our valued applicants & residents.

Requirements

 

To become one of our valued residents, there are a few minimum requirements.

  • Income Requirement:3x monthly rent

One Time Fees & Deposits

 

Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process. The application fees and admin fees are non-refundable.

  • Application Fee:$50 per applicant
  • Admin Fee:$175 per unit
  • Deposit:1 Bedroom: $400($100 non-refundable) | 2 Bedroom: $500($100 non-refundable) | 3 Bedroom: $600($100 non-refundable)

Monthly Fees

 

Once you're moved in, you may incur standard monthly charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.

  • Resident Benefit Package:$75 per month
  • Pest Control:$7 per month
  • Utility Package (water, sewer, & trash):Varies per month

Optional Rentable Items

 

As a resident, there are a few optional add-ons you can choose to take advantage of. These fees help us maintain select facilities and services and provide a quality experience for all residents.

  • Garage Rent:$165 per month

Pet Fees

 

If you are a pet owner, there are a few pet related fees we charge.

  • Pet Fee:$500
  • Pet Rent:$30 per month
